Training Score
Weekly target: 3 CrossFit sessions and 2 walks of 6 miles. Use 3 mile walks as extra movement, recovery, or the practical minimum when the day gets stupid.

Cloud Status
Firebase runs in the background. No email login. No push or pull buttons. Open the page, unlock it, and it loads the shared ledger automatically.

Data is saved locally and synced to Firebase automatically in the background. Export JSON remains the old reliable belt and suspenders. The page password is casual privacy, not real security. Firebase Authentication and Firestore rules do the serious work.
