About the program

What is RBLP?

The Resilience-Building Leader Program is the credentialing body for professional leadership certifications recognized across industries, the military, and higher education.

The framework

RBLP-certified leaders know how to build and lead resilient teams. Resilient teams are the backbone of a resilient organization. Getting the work done can be hard in any environment. Resilient teams thrive in challenging conditions because they can overcome adversity, adapt, and grow together.

Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose. That foundation makes problem-solving, improvement, innovation, and change possible.

RBLP certifications carry significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE) and are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource.

The certifications

Since 2018, RBLP has issued thousands of leadership certifications to aspiring, frontline, experienced, and senior managers working in all types of organizations. There are three tiers, each designed for a different level of leadership experience.

The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund the certifications for eligible military personnel and veterans, making this one of the most accessible professional leadership credentials available to those who have served.
